One More Show Announced!

Hey all, we wanted to let you know that we have added the information to our "shows" section! Those of you who have been waiting to check us out with RAUNCHY at Stengade 30 in Copenhagen can look in the shows section for more info! It will take place on the 27th of September (thursday) and we can't wait to see our Danish friends again!

Two More Shows And More!

Hey all! We wanted to give you a quick drop in to say hi! Things have been great recently with B.C, we are just ready to hit summer! We have been jamming on some great new riffs and we look forward to going back into the studio later on this year or early next year to start recording another awesome record for our fans!
We wanted to let you know we have two gigs planned for this summer! You can view them in our "Shows" section. We are very excited to play with Laethora, Niklas Sundin's (Dark Tranquillity) side band. It is their first show and we are excited to have them share the stage with us on 29 June at the Belsepub. It should be a great night and the Metaltown Festival the day following should be great! We will also be playing Tivoili Rock Festival in Kristianstad on 14 July! Both shows should go really well and we look forward to seeing everyone out there!
We are continuing to have good success with "Once Bitten, Twice Shy" on MTV in Europe! For all of those of you who have yet to join us in voting for "Once Bitten, Twice Shy" please go to the MTV website of your country, and simply send an e-mail kindly asking them to play "Once Bitten, Twice Shy". Even those of you who live in America, take an extra minute to vote for us in another country. Here are a few places we would love your help in voting.

New Video Online, Fall Tour, Keetch Clothing + More

Hey BC Fans! We have a lot of great and exciting news coming your way right now! We first wanted to let you know that the final editing process of the "Once Bitten, Twice Shy" remake video featuring the Belgian break-dance sensation Metal Girl is now online and active both on our Myspace Page and on the Pivotal Rockordings Official Youtube Channel! Metal Girl worked super hard to make this video really awesome and we really hope everyone takes a bit of time to check out her sick ass moves! The additional footage comes from our "Once Bitten, Twice Shy" video, which was produced by Thomas Tjäder (In Flames). The live footage is taken from various live gigs from the Outcasts Over Europe Tour which wedid with Ektomorf and Kayser.
Speaking of "Once Bitten, Twice Shy" the video is now being played on this weeks episode of UVTV. You can check out the episode Here. This weeks episode also features videos from Dew-Scented, Deadstar Assembly, Lacuna Coil, and many more, so it is certainly something worth checking out!
For those of you who did not get a chance to check us out on the Outcasts Over Europe tour, you will get your chance to see us live and in action this fall! We will announce more details about our live gigs planned, but we are certainly ready to kick some serious ass on the road! We have a fantastic time on tour with Ektomorf and Kayser and we are ready to give our fans another dose of Blinded Colony, as well as maybe a few new songs that we are working on currently.
The filming of the music video for "Heart" will conclude on Monday and we are really excited to work with Thomas Tjäder on the editing process and we are equally excited to hear about what the fans will think about it when it is unleashed later on this year!
Two more announcements, we have been added to the Sweden Rock festival lineup this summer! Please stay in tune and keep checking out our MYSPACE PAGE for more information about which date we will be playing! We also will be playing Tivoli Rock Festival on July 14 in Kristiansand with Backyard Babies and several other kick ass bands! We also have added Keetch Clothing to the Blinded Colony family! We are super excited rock their clothing on stage at all our gigs along with our Ed Stone Rockwear merch!

"Heart" Video to be filmed next week + TONS MORE NEWS!

"We are excited to announce that next Tuesday we will start filming the music video for the next "Bedtime Prayers" single, "Heart"! We will onceagain be working with producer Thomas Tjäder (In Flames), who also produced the video for "Once Bitten, Twice Shy". He did a fantastic job with "Once Bitten, Twice Shy" and we are sure that the BLINDED COLONY fans will be glad to hear that the "Heart" video will be less performance based, and more plot based. But that is all the info I want to let out for now. Bottom line: the "Heart" video will slay!
We also have made a live video of the song "21st Century Holocaust" is now available on our OFFICIAL MYSPACE PAGE as well as the Pivotal Rockordings YOUTUBE channel. The audio is taken from the Vienna show, and the video shots are taken from our performances at Vienna, Brno, Salzburg, Wachenrot, and Köln. So if you were in the crowd at those gigs, check out the video, you may be shown in the crowd cheering us on! We look forward to hearing what everyone thinks of the video, and remember, this is the only place you can hear the song "21st Century Holocaust" aside from on "Bedtime Prayers" If you have not purchased your copy of "Bedtime Prayers" yet, please do so HERE
We are happy to announce that we received an endorsement with the famous UK based merch designer Ed Stone (Lamb Of God, Bullet For My Valentine, Trivium, Shadows Fall,
Chimaira). So expect to see some kick ass merch designed by Ed Stone coming out in the near future on our upcoming tours and on our OFFICIAL WEBSITE .
Last and certainly not least, many of you may be familiar with Metal Girl, the Belgian break dancing sensation Metal Girl, and may we add, the ONLY true metal breaker. We are currently working with her on an awesome video clip encompassing multiple live videos shot on our "Outcasts Over Europe" tour with Ektomorf and Kayser. That is definitely something everyone should keep an eye out for!

Back From The Road!

Hey y'all!
So we're back home from touring Europe with Ektomorf and our new friends in Kayser. It's been an awesome tour indeed with lots of great gigs, crazy fans and details too dirty to be mentioned! A day would look like this; you were woken up either by some guy with a crazy accent telling you to load in all the stuff to the venue, OR because our sheets were on fire because of the heat in our bunks! When everything had been loaded in, you ate some breakfast (white bread and cheese/ham). At this time the singers woke up, 'cos they were not allowed to load-in for some reason. Then we waited for soundcheck, if we got any. And in tour language "waiting" means "drinking beer/rum and coke". After soundcheck we ate dinner (something covered in cheese). Then we played, drank more beer, met with fans and signed CDs and t-shirts. After that we loaded the stuff back to the trailor again. And drank more beer. Then we went clubbing, ducktaping our drummers to benches or went directly to the next venue.
Right now we're all back at work, fighting fire, driving taxis, writing popsongs or whatever! We're gonna begin writing for a new album soon too. Our busdriver, Manny, has been helping me out on tour with lyrics, so we already got two titles for the new album; "Fucking in the morningtime" and "Smörrebröd, smörrebröd"...
We're really sorry that the UK gigs got cancelled! Hopefully we'll go over there soon and kick your British asses once and for all! We missed a lot by not going there, but sooner or later we'll go there...

London Gig Cancelled

Due to some unforeseeable circumstances, the Outcasts Over Europe 2007
tour will NOT be stopping in London for the planned gig. We are sorry
to announce the cancellation, we have been looking forward to to the
gig for some time and it comes to our great disappointment that it's
been pulled. Please note that this is not the fault of the band or any
of our staff. Please return your ticket where you bought it and get a
re-fund. We encourage you to come to another date of the tour if you
can, we really look forward to seeing you all!

Update From The Road

Hey BC Crew!
We are all checking in from the road! So far the tour has been great! We have had the chance to meet with a lot of great fans who have been in touch with us before and of course meet a lot of new fans as well! We are barely a week into the tour and we are still really pumped and ready to give everyone a great show each night so please be sure to come and check us out live! We are particularly excited for the upcoming UK dates, so be sure to get your tickets in advance!
We are also happy to announce that we are taking part in the major Xbox 360/PS3 title The Darkness! While playing the game you will have the option of several music channels, and one of which, you will be able to view the video 'Once Bitten, Twice Shy'. We are extremely happy for the opportunity and we really look forward to getting the games ourselves and seeing what everything looks like! We don't know of the street date just yet, but it is certainly a must for fans of First Person Shooter (FPS) style games! (Same developer as the highly acclaimed The Chronicles Of Riddick: Escape From Butcher Bay) Some screen shots and videos of the game can bee seen at the following links:

Hey Blinded Colony Fans Worldwide!
Johan Schuster here checking in to give you all a bit of an update! First of all, I wish to say that today is the day that we have been looking forward to for almost a year, and that is the Worldwide Release Date for Bedtime Prayers! I first of all want to thank all those that have made the release of Bedtime Prayers possible and we want to specifically thank all you fans for being so patient: it has been a long wait, but we know it’s worthwhile for all of you! I HIGHLY suggest that you try to order Bedtime Prayers from the website at the end of this message, it ships worldwide, is reliable, and takes any type of payment (for those of you without credit cards you can still be accomodated!).
I also want to announce that we have launched a Official Website! I encourage all of you to go check it out and let us know what you think! On the website you can find a series of reviews of Bedtime Prayers as well as interviews and up-to-date news and tour dates (see more about this below)! We have also put up an E-CARD where you can hear the songs “Once Bitten, Twice Shy” and “Heart”. We have added two more gigs to the tour. Kayser has also been confirmed as the main support for the tour. So when you go to the concert, we will be opening. Be sure that when you get your ticket for the show or when you make plans to go that you check what time doors are so that you don't miss a second of B.C!
